Our technology has demonstrated that the most effective method for utilizing waste tires is through the pyrolysis process. This process efficiently recovers fuel oil, carbon black, and metals, while minimizing environmental impact and promoting environmental friendliness.
THe process
The process operations will begin with the tire shredding, after tires being shredded into small pieces approximately 0.1 – 0.2 inches in size, it will be separated to get the rubber and metal wire. The metal wire will be collected and packed in the bag.
Next, the shredded rubber undergoes pyrolysis at 750ºF in negative-pressure vacuum reactors. After processing, the resulting carbon black is dried using a secondary burner, converted into granules, and packed into bags.
The condensable gasses from the reactor and burners will undergo purification and desulfurization to get the final product of fuel oil.
