THE PRODUCT

In our process, waste tires are shredded and metal wires separated, with rubber remnants sent to pyrolysis units. There, rubber is heated to 400ºC (750ºF) to produce refined oil, carbon black. Condensable gas yields tire oil, while non-condensable gas sustains the process. This transforms end-of-life tires into valuable resources: 45% refined oil, 35% carbon black, and 15% steel wire.

Fuel

The fuel we produce is diesel-equivalent fuel oil which can be consumed by barges and vessels. This fuel can also be further refined into low sulfur content of diesel, gasoline, or blend them with other fuels for various use by different consumers.

The growing demand for alternative fuels, coupled with stricter environmental regulations, presents a significant opportunity for us to target industries seeking sustainable energy solutions. Bunker fuel suppliers for ocean ships and industrial boilers are potential customers for our tire-derived fuel.

carbon Black

Our facility will incorporate advanced refining technology to produce high-quality carbon black This valuable material will be used into tire manufacturers, plastics industries, and ink producers as a sustainable and eco-friendly alternative.

The carbon black industry is expanding globally, and the
demand for eco-friendly and cost-effective alternatives is rising. We aim to capture a share of this market by providing recycled carbon black to various manufacturing sectors, especially rubber tire industries. Currently the tire manufacturing company Michelin has contacted us with keen interest to buy our carbon black.

Metal

We will deploy state-of-the-art separation and recycling equipment to extract and recycle valuable steel metal from the used tires. The recovered metal will be sold to steel mills and metal manufacturers, contributing to resource conservation.

To access the metal recycling market, we’ll provide top-notch recycled metal. Our trusted buyer will convert all our recycled metal into ingots for supply to domestic steel mills. Additionally, we have nearby metal recycling yards as potential buyers, further enhancing our market reach.
